Logical and methodological, logical and psychological as entirely psychological questions, problems of the area logical semantics, ethics of argument, specificity of various types of rationality etc. are included in the exposition. The stress is put on practical possibilities to ensure functioning of knowledge of these sciences in the sphere of management.
