The science of management aspires to embrace the global processes, to seek for adequate approaches, that combine personal and organizational values, in order to achieve effectiveness of the management process. Under the contemporary conditions of market competitiveness the necessity of positive and constructive management relations is outlined. They are a result of working out and making of adequate management relations, that require as scientific knowledge and approach, so combining of various competences. This is possible to be achieved in the practical economy through applying of individual ethic-value approach by managers and leaders, which approach is winning recognition of team activity. The responsibility ad ethics that are characteristic for the respective activity however are still rather exception for the management practice. The main purpose of the new approach is to support the solving of ethic dilemmas, which are often event under the conditions of constantly changing social environment, that requires swiftness and flexibility when making managing decisions. The realization of the ethic-value approach is carried out through functioning of the ethic codes of the organizations and in this way organizational climate is built on of trust, feeling of justice, mutual satisfaction, positive management relations. Both main components of the new approach – ethics and values – guarantee the leading role of the organizational culture at determining of long term strategies for development of the organizations.
