This monograph examines the possible ways to manage labour conflicts in business organizations. Within the framework of the identified problems, an in-depth analysis of the literature has been carried out, through which a conflict is defined as a multifaceted and dynamic phenomenon that determines the social space.
The main idea is that the concept of organizational conflict management, in the context of modern management, requires the use of new methodological tools for more effective management. It is necessary not only to resolve emerging conflicts, but also to predict potential ones.
A study has been conducted on a group of employees in a business organization characterized by a large number of employees in different units and departments that are territorially dispersed. Particular attention is paid to highlighting the specific features of the conflict as a process; conflict interactions in the internal environment of the organization; the strategies, methods and tactics used in resolving conflicts, as well as alternative options for their management.
