RESUME

This material is an attempt to examine logistical and methodological problems in the context of solving managerial problems and tasks, an at-tempt to revive Aristotel’s pragmatic and syncretic understanding of logics as a part of the whole knowledge, which is intended not only for narrow profes-sional circle of philosophers, but also for managers, clerks, lawyers, politicians.

Logical and methodological, logical and psychological as entirely psychological questions, problems of the area logical semantics, ethics of argument, specificity of various types of rationality etc. are included in the exposition. The stress is put on practical possibilities to ensure functioning of knowledge of these sciences in the sphere of management.
