BEHAVIOR OF GENERATION Z IN THE LABOR MARKET

This article aims to enhance knowledge about Generation Z as participants in the labor market, as well as to trace the main trends driving research on the topic. For this purpose, a sample of 102 publications from Web of Science between 2009 and 2020 was analyzed using bibliometric techniques. The study examines the most recognizable authors to provide a broad view of the context of the topic. A key emphasis is placed on the evolution of thematic clusters for each period, with results showing that the topic began to attract attention in 2018 and still has room for development. Among the most frequently used terms in this study are "Generation Z," "generations," "workplace," "management," "leadership," "career," and "learning–teaching–education." The need for a deeper exploration of various aspects regarding this generation and the labor market is noted.
