ABSTRACT
The present monograph examines options for managing of the organizational culture. Within the frames of issues synthesized a system literature review has been done. The essence of the organizational culture as a phenomenon is cleared, together with its elements and typology.
The main idea is that the organizational culture is a reliable means for the development of each organization under the contemporary complex and dynamically changing environment and it is reflected into development of integrative model for managing of organizational culture. It is approbated in a specific subsystem - social services through algorithm for managing of the category studied.
Research has been done of the set of workers that are working in specialized institutions and those working in the sphere of social services in the community. Several approaches are applied during the study of organizational culture – cross cultural perspective, interaction with other organizational variables and qualitative research.
